Walk and Talk Therapy is an opportunity to engage therapy with the mindfulness practice of presence in nature, while experiencing the physical and mental health benefits of exercise, nature, and therapy simultaneously.
Many prefer Walk and Talk Therapy instead of meeting in an office or over telehealth.
You can expect to meet at a paved trail near my office to take off on a walk at your desired pace. Walking together can be a comfortable stroll or a brisk walk that meets your movement needs for the day.
These appointments are flexible to your needs as well as the weather.
The trail is wheelchair accessible and includes a restroom.
